Our client requested total restructure and rebrand of his business. He needed a website to take him forward, correctly positioning him to attract the right type of business.

Challenge

Telemarketing companies can be seen to be a large room full of inexperienced people on the phones just dealing with call after call, without much thought for the company who they are working for.


Kingfisher are different. The directors have years of experience and specialise in working hands on with the owners of the businesses they work for. All staff are highly trained and get to know the customers business as if they were their own. They don't take on a huge number of clients at the same time so that full top level focus can be given on each projects and targets met.

Solution

We re-designed the logo to give a more professional feel, then followed this through the website build. The wording, layout and images chosen were specific to reflect the professional, director level approach that the business takes.


The website clearly portrays the messages surrounding Kingfishers' ethics, knowledge, quality and delivery methods. This clear customer journey has removed the confusion and enables potential customers to make quicker decisions, therefore leads turn into conversations and sales faster.
