How is this different from the workflow?

Widgets are the interactive tools on a page. The workflow is the system that creates and runs whole sites. Both are part of the build, and they often go together.

How we work, and how it is priced

This is part of one Duda project, not a separate purchase. It starts with a Discovery Sprint, a fixed first step at £500 + VAT that gives you a costed plan, credited back against the work if you go ahead. The build after that runs on a time and materials basis, with an estimate for your project. A single, self-contained widget can be a smaller, quicker piece.
