Amazon Advertising,

Managed for Profit

Clear, flat fees, never a percentage of your ad spend

Amazon PPC Management, Done Honestly

A lot of Amazon advertising is priced as a percentage of what you spend, which can quietly reward bigger budgets rather than better results. We work differently: a flat monthly fee, banded to the size of your campaigns, so our only incentive is making your ads profitable.

Cut Wasted Spend

Most accounts we audit are quietly leaking money on the wrong keywords, the wrong bids or the wrong products. We find the leaks and stop them.

Profit-First Metrics

We manage to the numbers that reach your bottom line: your advertising cost of sale (ACoS and TACoS, the share of your sales spent on ads) and your return on ad spend, not clicks and impressions.

Flat, Fair Fees

Our fee is banded to the size of your campaigns and published up front, from £360 a month. As your campaigns grow, the band grows with them, but it is never a percentage of your spend, so you always know exactly what you are paying and why.

Plans That Scale With Your Sales

Your fee is based on your monthly Amazon sales, so you always pay a fair price for the size of account we are managing. Plans are flexible with an early break clause, no percentages of your ad spend, and no surprises.

Every Campaign Type, One Strategy

Amazon advertising works when the pieces work together. We plan and manage:

  • Sponsored Products, the workhorse of profitable Amazon sales
  • Sponsored Brands, putting your brand at the top of search
  • Sponsored Display and DSP, reaching shoppers on and off Amazon
  • Brand Store campaigns that turn browsers into buyers

One strategy across all of it, tuned to your margins.

Proof, Not Promises

Aroma Concepts wanted to scale fast in the US market, with a clear goal of $1M a month in sales, and one condition: ads had to deliver profit, not waste. Time 4 Nutrition, a premium sports supplement brand, needed to stand out in a saturated market at a higher price point, winning serious buyers rather than cheap clicks. Both are written up in full in our case studies.

You Will Always Know Where Your Money Goes

Every month you get a clear report from a named specialist, covering your spend, your ACoS and TACoS, your return on ad spend and what we are changing next. If a campaign is not working, we tell you and we fix it, in plain English you will not need to decode.

Amazon Support Built for Busy Brands

  • What is a good ACoS on Amazon?

It depends on your margins and your goal. A launch campaign building rank can justify a higher ACoS than a campaign defending a best seller. We set targets per product based on your actual margins, then manage to them.

  • Do you work with existing campaigns or start fresh?

Both. We audit what you have first. If your structure is sound we improve it, and if it is fighting itself we rebuild it properly. No unnecessary rebuilds, no starting from scratch for the sake of it.

  • PPC on its own, or as part of full management?

Either. PPC management works as a standalone service, and it is also included in our full account management plans. If your listings need work too, full management usually delivers more, because ads convert better on stronger listings.

FAQs

  • How much does Amazon PPC management cost?

Our fees are flat, published and banded to the size of your campaigns, from £360 a month for smaller accounts, rising by band as your campaigns grow. The Starter band is our minimum monthly charge, and we never charge a percentage of your spend, so our only incentive is to make your budget work harder.

  • Why do you charge a flat fee instead of a percentage of ad spend?

Because a percentage pays the agency more when you spend more, whether or not the extra spend is profitable. A flat banded fee keeps our interests exactly where yours are, on the return, not the budget.

  • What results do you track?

ACoS, TACoS, return on ad spend, conversion and sales growth, reported monthly in plain English by a named specialist.

  • Can you manage ads for Vendor Central accounts?

Yes. We manage advertising for both Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.

  • Do I need PPC if my products already rank well?

Usually, yes. Advertising defends the rankings you have, wins placements competitors would otherwise take, and drives the sales velocity that keeps organic rank strong.
