Start with a Discovery Sprint

The best first step is a Discovery Sprint. In one focused session and a written Duda Roadmap, we work out what is worth building, in what order, and what it costs. It is £500 + VAT, credited in full against your build if you go ahead within 60 days, so the plan effectively costs you nothing. The Roadmap is yours to keep either way.

How we work, and how it is priced

It is one project, not a shopping list. The Discovery Sprint is the fixed first step. Everything after runs on a time and materials basis with an estimate, usually as one ongoing piece, with several people of different skills working in parallel, yours and ours, dovetailing until it is done. Ongoing support can then be ad hoc, a monthly plan, or a retainer, whichever suits.

  • Do we need to be on Duda already?

    A: No. Your customers see only your agency branding throughout the entire experience, dashboard, editor, everything. Duda and Kangaroo are completely hidden.

  • Do you work with our engineers, or do it all yourselves?

    Either. If you have your own engineers, we dovetail with them. If you do not, we can carry out the whole integration for you.

  • Do you work with clients outside the UK?

    Yes. We work with SaaS platforms and agencies worldwide.

  • How does it start?
